I have been there 3 times before i am back because the time we lose at th reception desk on the arrival . i made a suggestuin why people with a comfirmation and also the payment paid via credit card most wait in the line , they should have special area for toses people like the airlines at the airport when nobody in first class the called other people  waiting . also i made very often that except the eggs in the mot=rning the food are cold .many people find that this is only a hot system with not the hot lights over so after few minute the food are COLD please visit the buffet area also i have problem with the little taxi or shuttel when i want to go from my room to the buffet ot to any area it took some time more than 15 minutes to wait outside near the building to wait. so that can be better service over in my room the tv was not working after few monutes this was set upo because the batteries was down in the manette s o this can be solve by having also this check by the mad . also the pillow used are not comfortable to big maybe they use a set of 2 large and 2 big because they used 4 pillow in

This hotel was nice but what really disturbed me was that when we check in early (noon) they charged us 10 usd per person just to enter and eat at the buffet (they didn't give us the room for this payment). This information was not available in this website or their website. I have stayed in Barcelo Punta Cana and other resorts in dominican republic  and they don't charge anything at all for early check in and eating at the buffet while waiting 3pm ( normal check in time). I don't know if the staff of the hotel personally put this rule or is a barcelo policy. This first inconvenient make a very negative impression of the hotel.

Positivo: Hotel muy completo con varios restaurantes todos muy buenos ,y con un buffet con mucha variedad y cambiando de un día para otro.Con la opción todo inclusive puedes comer y beber todo lo que se desee, sin problemas. Buena piscina y excelente ubicación a pie de playa ,entretenidas actuaciones,limpio, cerraduras con tarjetas en las habitaciones,realmente  buen hotel en un contexto general.Buen trato.Quedamos muy satisfechos.Masages bajo pago. Aire acondicionado en habitaciones y ventilador techo. Negativo: El internet es de pago y caro, adolece de falta de ascensor para subir a las habitaciones de la 2ª planta. En algunos restaurantes obligan a llevar pantalon largo.Para comer en los restaurantes siempre bajo reserva y plazas limitadas. Cambian pocas veces las sabanas de las camas.

I just spent one night as a reprive from a trip into the mountains. I was looking for a hot shower and a bit of pampering before I headed back to the hills and land of no toliet seats! Everything at the hotel was fine. The staff was a bit more forward then I am used to at an all inclusive. I was a single women and the staff saw that as quite the opportunity,  mostly looking for free drinks. However, they were fine with a polite "no" and it did not distract from the stay. The DR is such a beautiful country is it is shame to be holed up in an all inclusive for long, but if you are looking for simple luxuries this hotel fits the bill. Lots of hot water, plenty of food, friendly service and a nice beach.

I found this to be a great hotel. The staff was excellent. They were very helpful, friendly and attentive. However, the lobby people were not as friendly and helpful as the other staff. The rooms were ok, nothing fancy, they were basic accommodations. The rooms were clean. The food was descent. I found this hotel to be in a good location. The beach  was great. I walked around and the beach from other hotels was not as good. Overall, great experience and would stay again at this hotel.

This hotel is what you expect for a 3-star all-inclusive. The rooms were clean (but there were a pair of shoes left under the bed from a previous guest). The food was fine -- a selection of meat, fish, pasta, vegetables that won't wow a North American palate, but is good. The large pool was nice and the swim up bar was busy. The restaurant at the pool  had good hamburgers and hot dogs for the kids mid-day meal. The beach wasn't anything great. It is a nice beach but there are much better on the Island. There is also a little playground for the kids and a mini-golf course which was good to pass some time. There was also a little soccer pitch. The weekend we visited were mostly Dominican families so there were lots of kids to meet and play with in the pool. We were in building 12 which I didn't think was close to the Disco, but you could definitely hear that party until about 2 am. It was loud, but the music was good (if that helps you sleep). The staff were great -- very friendly and helpful. Overall it is a solid choice and should appeal to couples and families.

un Hotel perfecto para descansar relajarse y disfrutar de sus instalaciones y de la naturaleza de su situacion. la estancia fue corta, y las fechas con poca afluencia de clientes, las comidas, variadas para satisfacer a un gran numero de clientes que no sean demasiado exigentes, y el servicio de TI muy organizado y muy buen trato del personal Volvere  de nuevo en otra ocasion

Las vacaciones fueron sactifactorias y la comida muy buena, siempre avia variedad para elegir. No obstante las camas son incomodas. La reservacion fue super lenta, duramos 30 minutos para que nos registraran y haviamos requerido una cama King, cuando llegamos a la habitacion encontramos 3 camas twins.
