| The hotel location is fantastic, but the food was bad very bad, it's not that we'd expected food from a Michelin Star restaurant (The best place to eat in the hotel was where you got Snack, it says a little ...)
When you got somthing to drink you got it in very small glasses with so much ice... that you almost could not do anything else than stand in line to get the next... (so we chose to buy our own drinks in a supermarket).
This is a very nice hotel, but it's not a good ALL inclusive hotel :(( |

| Casa Marina is a bigger complex with 3 swimming pools .Everything was just great.Clean rooms,always new towels,bed is very comfortable.Staff is very helpful,somethimes little bit annoying,because they always offering some tours and trying to sell something on their markets.Every day is night show making by hotel staff and this is very nice.There is always something to do,entertinment,you can play water pool,basketball,table tennis.Food was great,chicken,fish,beef,pork.For the money is very good choice,all inclusive and dont need to care about anything else.Beach is part of the hotel and there is always place to lay down and bar is also very close. |

| Es un hotel muy satisfactorio, ampliamente recomendado, el unico inconveniente que encontre es que debido a la demanda que a veces tienen si existe algun reporte de algun desperfecto con la habitación, en ocaciones no son atendidos debidamente ya que el tiempo de espera es muchisimo o en ocaciones se tiene que levantar el reporte mas de una ocación, pero aparte de eso ES UN MUY BUEN HOTEL |

| Please take heed to this review. I am a very dissatisfied customer. The pictures seen on the internet are ancient and absolutely DO not accurately represent the hotel. The hotel is flooded with locals on the weekends and yes, you have to wait in line behind hundreds (not exaggerating) of locals who are rude and disrespectful. Not only that, the rooms are par to the Holiday Inn in the US and there are no irons, blow dryers, or refridgerators in the rooms. We left before the end of our stay along with 3 other couples who were equally dissatisfied. Please ignore the posting for Casa Marina if you want to enjoy your trip. |

| This Hotel Used to be so great i stateyed here in the past but quality and service have taken a plunged the entantaiment was great dougth..Also they try to put me in an infirior room when i had the sea view room............ |

| The price I paid was great. The food was good, but the rooms need alot of improvement. They also need to use good quality liquor. Besides the room and liquor the stay was pretty good. |
