Recent Lifestyle Tropical Beach Review: "The hotel was great service was good. They could do better with the restaurant reservations. I woke up early and when they open the office the lady told me it was book from the day before, they could do better I only got to eat at d buffet also the show on Thursday was great Friday it was bad. Other than that is been one of the best hotels I been t  o."

    On the North Coast of the Dominican Republic, Puerto Plata is between the international airport to the east and the marina at Ocean World to the west. An aerial tram takes visitors to the top of a mountain within the city, where there is a replica statue of Christ the Redeemer. The Fortaleza San Felipe, built in the 16th century to protect the port from pirates, now houses a museum.

    Indochine - Appetizer selections include vegetable spring rolls and satays. Main courses include meat and vegetable stir-fries, and fish dishes. Desserts also available.

    Bellini Pizza and Pasta - Menu includes pizza, lasagna, fresh pasta, and dessert. Open for lunch and dinner daily.

    This all-inclusive Puerto Plata resort is on Cofresi Beach, with a calm-water bay ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Ocean World Adventure Park and Marina is five minutes away.

    The two-level main pool includes a swim-up bar and a children's section, and is the focus of daytime activities such as water aerobics. A “quiet pool" on an expansive flagstone deck is off to one side. The resort also features a wide variety of restaurants, a disco, and nightly beach parties or open-air shows.     Air-conditioned Hotel Rooms and junior suites are located in low-rise Mediterranean-style buildings, just steps from the beach.
