| Lo peor fue la pobre calidad y la poca diversidad de la comida en general, y lo mejor fue el aire natural y limpio que se respira. Creo que en el hotel hay que mejorar muchas cosas. Por ejemplo, el hecho de no tener la comodidad de conectarme a internet es algo que no se puede entender, ya que en estos dias modernos, ningun hotel debe de prescindir de este servicio. LLeve mi laptop y no la pude usar...!! |

| 4.9999 Stars! This resort exceeded my expectations. The only minor complaint that I have is the room air conditioning; I live in northeast NJ, and thought I love 90+ degree daytime weather, I like a cool sleeping environment. The air conditioner worked properly, but I wish that I could have cooled the room a little more. Other than that very minor complaint, the resort, the people, and my experiences there were ridiculously positive! I have never had a more pleasant experience with hotel / resort staff. The resort is very well staffed, and everyone seemed happy to go out of their way for you. Everything is inclusive...all the food, all the beverages, even the full bottles of rum and other liquors that the rooms are stocked with. Yes, the fridge is even stocked regularly with Pepsi, beer, gallon containers of bottled water...
The property is immaculately maintained. Because the other two Riu resorts are adjacent to the Riu Mambo, you end up with at least a mile of beach at your disposal. BTW, the all inclusive policy is reciprocated across all three Riu's! The beach is absolutely beautiful, and the water is clear blue, and warm; my SCUBA computer was showing 84F on the surface.
Plenty of activities, and there is a theater are at each of the Riu's where they put on extremely well produced shows every night.
If you are considering the Riu Mambo, you will be more than satisfied with what you find! |

| i was expecting a lot more for the 4 star hotel. in the states it owuld be consider 1 maybe 2 star. beach was jsut horrible, no blue water. it was pretty much Jersey shore. they had see grass 20-30 feet walking in the sea. i really was expecting more from this resort. |

| Great hotel, employees very willing to help, luggage was lost by airline and the hotel called the airport constantly to get them to find out what was going on with my baggage. All employees were very friendly, food could be a little bit better. |

| We enjoyed out stay at the Riu Mambo in spite of the lousy beds and thin sheets. The beds were advertised as doubles but were smaller than what I would consider a double. The setting was very nice and the hotel was well maintained but far from new. The food was quite good and a nice variety. The local coffee and fruit in the morning was something I looked forward to. The use of all three (except for dinning)Riu properties was a nice feature. We had two 12 yr olds that could roam safely within the compound and we all enjoyed that. The clientele was mostly Canadian, British and EU. Maybe 10% US at most but that was not a bad thing as we met some nice people from other countries. Spanish and English were the predominate languages. I do believe it was a good value but not a four star hotel as advertised. |
